You may receive an ‘unsuccessful’ email during your application even before completing your job application. Tesco says that this is because of their automatic screening.

I received an ‘unsuccessful’ email before I completed my application for an in-store role. What happened?

We are sorry to say that you have not reached the minimum criteria required in our automatic screening. Have another read through of your answers: what would you change if you were to put yourself in our customers' shoes?
