Example Letter from Manager Accepting Resignation

Thank you for your resignation letter which I received on XXXX.  I confirm that your last working day will be XXXX.  In your final pay slip you will also receive XXXX days annual leave which is owed to you.

Please ensure you return your company issued uniform and ID card to the office on your final day.

I am sorry to hear that you are leaving as you have become an important part of the team, and you will be missed, but I speak for myself and the team when I say we wish you every success for the future.

Good luck!

Yours sincerely,
