CV Tips / Re: I have no qualifications, how do I write a CV?
« Last post by mazaher313 on July 04, 2017, 05:05:19 PM »
Try and take up some voluntary work, even if it's only once a week. That'll build your experience. Not having qualifications doesn't have to be a put off as long as you can show the employer you're willing to work hard.

Take a look this post. Hopefully it helps

CV Tips / Re: What do you do when you have a really poor work history?
« Last post by mazaher313 on July 04, 2017, 04:58:07 PM »
One thing you can do is list down voluntary work experience that you may have done. If not then try to be creative with everyday activities that you might do which relates to the jobs you're applying for.

Be careful about the references you choose. Only ask those employer's or previous colleagues whom you know will say good about you.

I wrote a post on my blog relating to your question recently. Have a look and hopefully it'll help. Let me know if it does.

Thanks. That was an interesting read. I've written and advised on writing CV for a while and the one thing I say to everyone is to focus your CV based on the job description.

I've written on this topic on my blog. Read the post and let me know what you think
