We require both Beauty Consultants and Team Leaders in West Yorkshire who are able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours a month.

Consultants will be responsible for developing a client base through salons and one-on-one consultations.

Team Leader responsibilities include developing a client base and mentoring a team of beauty consultants who will be developing their own client base with your support. Team Leaders receive both direct commission and monthly team coaching bonuses.

Beauty, business or teaching background/experience preferred but not mandatory as full training is provided, including a two-day beauty academy and training in business building and mentoring skills.

You will be representing a company whose annual turnover is currently over $2.5b. It is essential is that you are well presented, punctual, honest, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.

Our products are made from pure, organic ingredients only and we are currently trading in 147 countries around the world. Company incentives include profit share, car plan and international travel.
