Sky has started charging 2003 movies which made me completely shock as i see it in my bill. for 8 movies sky charged £45!
I wonder if anyone can offer some advice on this? I have been a sky tv customer since 2001 and in December 2009 upgraded to Sky HD ( which I am quite happy with). However I decided to check my bill last night and got quite a surprise when I saw that I have been charged for 8 Box Office movies dating from June 2003 to December 2003 totalling £45?
Completley confused I phoned Customer support who informed me that it must have been because the box was not connected to a telephone line in that period ( incorrect) and since I upgraded to HD it has now picked it up. I have also sent an email of complaint and recieved the reply back just now basically saying sorry but please pay.
