HIT Training are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for a Hospitality Chef/Professional Cookery Trainer Assessor in London.
At HIT Training we are passionate about the Hospitality and Catering industry. You could say it's our bread and butter. That means using our specialist experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.
Our learners are treated as individuals. We don't believe in robotic, production line training. We put our learners first, tailoring our approach to fit their style and needs like a glove. Our work is definitely a vocation and not just a job.
As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across London attached to an office base in St Pancras alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from the local coffee shop to national hotel chains.

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Hospitality and Catering industry to supervisory or management level. This experience will have been focused on Chef/Professional Cookery.
The role is open to both qualified and those seeking to move into this field who possess the right to live and work in the UK. A full induction and training package is offered to all.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.
* Starting salary from £22,000 – £26,000
