How can I tell if i am doing well in a job interview?
« on: August 17, 2013, 11:23:00 AM »

The interviewer won't come out and tell you whether or not you are doing well in the interview as it isn't fair to the other candidates, and there may be other interviews after yours.  There are some clues you can look out for such as whether the interviewer is smiling, and if they seem satisfied with your answers.
If you get the job then of course you were clearly the best candidate on the day, and you can consider your interview technique for the future.  If you did not get the job offer then you should ask the interviewer for feedback so that you can improve your interview technique next time around.
