How to deal with rejection during job searching?

Looking for a job can be a difficult process. if you are rejected for a lot of jobs, it can be easy to let it get you down. You can start to feel that there is no point in continuing. However, many people do manage to stay positive and keep trying until they are successful. Does anyone have any tips on how to achieve this?
