What was your worst job interview experience
« on: August 28, 2014, 01:23:23 PM »

I thought it might be helpful to share worst job interview experiences so that we can be better prepared for what might come. Mine was when I was interviewed by someone who was so laid back he was leaning back in a chair with his feet on the table. He kept asking me how I would cope with stress and in a crisis and I replied that I would not panic, work through things periodically, do any necessary overtime and ask for help. I didn't get the job because I was too laid back!

I have heard of people coming out of interviews in tears because they faced a panel of people asking very personal questions. It is good to be prepared for anything and then the interview should not be such a worrying experience. Therefore please share any bad experiences and others will be helped by knowing what they could expect!
