You can apply for positions online through their website and usually they will contact you for a pre interview on the phone before inviting you to the location where the role will be based and meeting relevant Managers and Team members.

From the moment you have accepted a position with Goldman Sachs your orientation begins with online resources before starting officially and communication with your new Managers etc, a very thorough practice indeed.

They have a very thorough induction program which doesn’t just end when you understand the company and the role, instead they continue working with their employees and integrating them into different areas of the business thus allowing for continued growth and a great personal development program.
