Infosys describes themselves as defining, designing and delivery IT enabled business solutions that help companies become tomorrow’s Enterprises.

They have over 156,688 employees across 30 +countries spanning 97 nationalities.

Their core values include:
  • Client value
  • Leadership by Example
  • Integrity and Transparency
  • Fairness
  • Excellence
Infosys believe that working for them is not a job but a journey! They view it as an experience where there is so much to do and learn with them not only about the company and their roles but learning about yourself also that every day is new and exciting. They believe that they have a challenging and enjoyable working environment where they want their employees to realise their potential and develop within Infosys. If you are looking for somewhere that you will be rewarded for hard work then this is the place to do it.

People who work for Infosys are called Infoscions.

You can apply for roles online through their website and for some roles you may have to do a test first and wait quite a while for the results especially if there is not a current opening at that exact time.

They have a very structured recruitment process with a non technical interview usually with a HR Manager where they can ask up to 70 questions and it will take approx 75 minutes, followed by a written test which includes aptitude and verbal abilities and then their own aptitude test which includes questions and puzzles.
Having a thorough recruitment process is a good thing, it ensures that they are correct in the people that they take on board meaning that if you make the grade the chances are that you will have a long and successful career.
