Work History
January 2010 - Present
Automation Engineer, Hissan Car Factory, London
Working in this busy car factory it was my job to supervise parts of robotic machinery that made cars. I would have to ensure that the machine was working correctly and putting the right pieces together, and if it was not operating correctly it was my job to ensure that I promptly resolved the issue. This would often mean having to open the machine up and reprogram it, or replace parts.

January 2008- January 2010
Automation Engineer, Happy Homes, London.
As a Automation Engineer in this large homebuilding firm it was my duty to program the computer systems that were installed into the homes. As these were modern homes they came with self-cleaning features such as robotic vacuum cleaners and self-cleaning showers, toilets and windows. IT was my job to program each homes robotics kit to ensure that it carried out its function correctly for the purchaser.

January 2007 – January 2008
Automation Engineer, Carries Canning, London
Working for this large canning warehouse it was my duty to ensure that the canning machinery was working correctly. A large robotic arm was responsible for moving cans around without damaging them, applying lids and labels, and then placing these onto a conveyor for quality control. If any of the cans were coming through damaged I would have to investigate the line to find out where the problem was being caused and fix it at the earliest convenience.
