Technical Architect Cover Letter Example
« on: April 17, 2014, 06:55:19 AM »
If you are an experienced Technical Architect and seeking a new role it is important to write a good covering letter to a future employer selling your skills to them. A technical architect works with designers and developers to build new IT systems acting as a go between to the clients or customers.

You will have good project management skills being able to work on a number of projects at any one time. You will also need to be a keen planner and be able to look at new systems and see how they need to be developed for the needs of the customer.

If you have found a role in which you want to apply for, please see the below letter which you can use as a guide.

Technical Architect Cover Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Technical Architect

I would like to submit my CV in application for the role of Technical Architect which you have got advertised in (where and when).

I have got a solid background in IT after completing my degree in Computer Science in (what year, what university and if not computer science what degree?).

I have been working as a Technical Architect for the past (how long) and I enjoy working with designers and developers and working out the best ways of planning and developing a new system for our clients.

I feel that I have got good project management skills and excellent communication skills. I am able to explain technical detail to clients with limited technical knowledge in a clear and concise manner.

If you have any further questions upon reading my letter and CV, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely
