 Cover Letter Security Guard

<Enter the date>
 <Enter your full address>
 Dear <Enter name of person receiving application>,
 I am sending you this covering letter and CV in regard to the position advertised in <enter where job was found>. With these documents, I would like to apply to the position of security guard.

I take security very seriously, which is why I have decided to choose this field for my career path. I have previously worked at <enter details relevant to security experience here> where they found me to be fully professional at all times. Whilst at this company, I was responsible for site security, which included making sure every staff member stayed safe.
 I understand the importance of good security measures, which is why my approach is hands-on and serious at all times. I have a keen eye, and I often notice things that others simply miss, and I feel this is crucial. I also communicate well when needed to make sure everybody understands their responsibilities, but at the same time I work well alone.
 Please take the time to read my resume, which I believe you will find more than suitable for this role. If you want to discuss my application, please call on <enter a phone number>.

Yours Sincerely,

<Enter name >
