Bank Assistant Cover Letter Example
« on: December 21, 2014, 06:09:36 PM »

If you are looking to be a bank assistant, then you may previously have had some experience in the banking sector or this could be a first position that you are interested in getting into.

A bank assistant will provide support to one of the bank managers or other senior member of the team in an administrative/financial support area. You will need to have some prior knowledge of the banking world and be keen to learn at all times.  Banking is an ever changing sector so you will need to be able to keep up to date on the financial updates.
If you are looking at what you should put in a covering letter, please see the below example letter which you can use as an example.

I worry about the fact that this letter has salary in it. I would be reluctant to tell a future employer how much I got paid currently. I think that that would be used as an indication of how much I was expecting. They may not pay me so much as a result of this or they may think that I am not worth much so not worth employing. Alternatively they may think that was too expensive and reject me as a result. What does everyone else think? Have they ever done this?
