I bought an electronic item from a major dept store in May 2008, it has develped a fault. They have asked for proof of purchase for the item, the only thing i have is my card statement they said this was fine.
i give them the card statement and then they say we dont believe that your item cost this much as we have been looking on the internet and we believe you only paid X amount for it.
They are no refusing to deal with me.
