Asda will create hundreds of job vacancies with their new proposed store in Crescent Link Retail Park. The new store will help reduce the high unemployment rate in Londonderry.

Asda store in Crescent Link Retail Park will create up to 350 jobs both full time and part time. The store will also create temporary and seasonal jobs as well in the future.

Lisa Rooke, ASDA’s Senior Property Communications Manager told the Londonderry Sentinel said the new shop “will keep over £7m pound of consumer spend within the city through the £12million investment ASDA is keen to make”.
