Career advice please

I am looking for a bit of career advice from anybody that can help. I am currently an engineer for Sky, have been with them less than a year but have been working as a TV & Satellite Technician/Engineer for the last 11 years with an independent local company. Previously I worked in Sales and was very good at it but established it wasn't the career for me as I didn't like "fighting" for my pay-packet every month. Decided I wanted to work on the tools but sadly after a decade of it my body does not agree with my decision and I have frequent back & knee problems.I am qualified in IT but never ended up using it as everybody is a computer expert these days My question is what options do I have from here? What kind of roles can I expect to be suitable for based on my experience?Any advice is welcome Thanks
